Engagement is the yin to the yang that is Content Creation. There are 13 official ways to engage with content, but not all are publicly known.
The most common methods are: upclick, downclick, comment. Multiple engagements can be used on a single content. Each form of engagement increases the value of the content.
The anatomy of the perfect engagement
The most streamlined combo-engagement, which maximizes effectivity with minimal time cost, is commenting and up/down clicking. This method was introduced by qrstuv and follows a specific comment formula:
Thank you for creating [opt. 1] content. [opt. 2]
opt. 1 - often an adjective or a noun expanding the word content. This has mostly been observed to reference a particular feature of the content, but sometimes seems to be a random thought association of the engager. Including opt. 1 increases the value of an engagement.
opt. 2 - a full sentence, or a complex sentence. This has been observed to be somewhat unpredictable, but is commonly associated with the engagers personal feelings about the content. Can sometimes appear at the start of the comment. The inclusion of opt. 2 increases the value of an engagement drastically.
